Whoever was in charge of this Dust Jeans advert clearly missed an important detail. The model is holding a disembodied hand! This somewhat macabre image puts us off buying a pair of the company’s trendy jeans – just in case we end up with a “helping hand” we hadn’t bargained for.
While some Photoshopped ads raise ethical issues over the damaging effects that brands’ warped ideas of beauty can have, this is obviously just an incredibly sloppy mistake. Still, either way, it doesn’t inspire much confidence in Dust.
