Bryant & Stratton College is a for-profit learning institution with campuses located in New York, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin. It was founded in 1854 mainly to provide practical career education to students eager to get immediate employment.
After 150 years in business, Bryant & Stratton continues to offer its students Associate and Bachelor’s degrees as well as certificate programs in areas that are in demand in the workplace. Courses are offered both on campus and online.
On-campus college degrees follow a three-semester calendar with day, evening and weekend classes. This allows students to complete their Associate or Bachelor’s degrees in less time than usual. Those who want to augment their campus-based courses can also take up online classes.
Students too busy to attend classroom-based classes have an option via the Bryant & Stratton Online Degree Progam. Offering courses that lead to an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in such fields as Accounting, Administrative Assisting, Business, Criminal Justice, Finance, Health Care, Human Resources, Interactive Media, IT and Law, the online program lets students pursue their professional goals anywhere they want provided they have access to the Internet. Online courses replicate classroom learning by involving other students in the learning process through online messaging and discussions and online lectures.
All Bryant & Stratton’s online college degree programs and those of its 17 campuses and Professional Skills Center are accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) which is recognized by the US Secretary of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
The base tuition cost for all programs is US$7,335 per semester or US$489 per credit hour. Financial aid is extended in the form of loans, grants and scholarships for qualified students.
